Door Supervisors are of course licensed with the SIA, fully insured and all PAYE. Operatives are required to attend monthly continued professional development training (CPD) and focus not only on the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the licensed premises role – but heavily focusing on; Safeguarding, Customer Service, Behaviour Management, Counter Terrorism, Health, Safety and Welfare of customers. Including promoting the need and continued acquisition of medical skills for staff.

The company has a Forward Operating Base (FOB), a mobile unit to act as a temporary HQ/Welfare station, Pedestrian Barriers and Fencing to create our ow security compound. Company vehicles and ATV too. As well as personal kit issued to operatives – bags, bodycams, radios, medical kit, supplies.

How this works? Executive Command will arrange a briefing on the objectives and conduct a risk assessment and thorough reconnaissance of the route/buildings and surrounding areas. Brief a APT that is specifically selected for the task. This can include a single operative to accompany an asset at a discrete distance, to a full APT with 2 vehicles that provide private security to the public but very visible to any hostile reconnaissance.
